SHARING OUR VALUES WITH OTHERS

Sharing our values and goods with others is our expression of love, we do not contemplate a return or an exchange for something of equal value. On the contrary, we show respect and honour towards our guests and neighbours, we give them the best treatment, the best food and the best bed. We give a portion of our good fortune to others and donate through social responsibility projects.

NON-PROFIT POLICY

Our community is created by the people, for the people. We believe in a culture of independence, free from corporate logos, commercial sponsorships, transactions, or advertising. We stand ready to protect our culture from such exploitation.

RESPECT OF INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM

We intend to contribute to a society where the freedom to think, act and feel determines the social organisation. No one other than the individual or a collaborating group can develop the cultural values of our community. The acceptance and practice of our values is an individual and voluntary act, we refuse any dogmatic indoctrination. Never disrespect other people’s religious beliefs. Do not impose your religious belief on others.

COMMUNITY CULTURE BASED ON SELF-RELIANCE

We encourage the individual to discover, exercise and rely on his or her inner resources. Be true to yourself. Care and encourage yourself first, then do the same for others. Do not let other people do that for you. It is no one else’s road but yours. They can walk with you but they will never walk for you. We aim to contribute to a mentality that takes us away from isolation, separation and oversaturation of media.

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN THE COMMUNITY

We believe that transformative change, whether in the individual or in society, can occur only through deep personal participation. We achieve being through doing. Everyone is invited to work. Everyone is invited to play. Meet people and free yourself from egotism, let the other grow by giving the space they need to flourish and spread the love in their hearts.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY

We want to create an environmentally conscious community where many coexisting individuals generate solutions which can be used in larger contexts. We clean up after ourselves and endeavour, whenever possible, to leave our surroundings in a better state than found. Show respect towards other people’s privacy and personal space.

FACILITATE ART CREATION TO ENCOURAGE GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS

The human being is a creative being, capable of producing or feeling art thus connecting with a spiritual dimension. We strive to produce, promote and protect works of art in order to communicate new models fundamental to an evolving global consciousness.

CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY

We make conscious decisions regarding our actions. We assume responsibility for public welfare and endeavour to communicate civic responsibilities to our members. We assume responsibility for conducting events in accordance with local, state and federal laws.

ONENESS

We are part of an interconnected network of life in the universe. Nature does not function for us, we are part of nature. It is our intention to create a collective experience that will awaken us to the feeling that we are in all things, and all things are in us.

Peace is a basic human right for all living beings. Forgive people’s mistakes since all people make mistakes. Be positive. Practise thoughts of optimism because bad thoughts lead to illnesses of the mind, body and spirit.
